General terms of usage:
- The Users agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Users will not use this site for any purpose or in any way which is contrary to these terms and conditions or which is unlawful.
- Users acknowledge that prices of vehicles provided on this site normally exclude government and statutory charges, unless otherwise stated.
- Users warrant that all information they provide on the site is accurate, does not breach any law or the rights of any person. Users must not impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent their affiliation with a person or entity or forge any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or newsgroup posting.
- Payments calculators that appear on this site are for indicative purposes only and do not necessarily reflect any interest rates or terms currently in the market.
- Delete any author attributions, legal notices or proprietary designations or labels in any file that is uploaded.
- These terms and conditions are subject to warranties and liabilities that cannot by law be disclaimed and News' liability for any breach of such a condition in relation to supply by it of services to Users is limited to, at News' option, supply of the services again, or the payment of the cost of supplying the services again.
- On using this site and its services, Users indemnify News against any claim, demand, injury, direct or indirect damage, loss or cost, liability, right of action or claim for compensation in contract, under statute or in tort (including negligence) made against or suffered by any of those indemnified arising, in whole or in part, in relation to:
- if this site is unavailable to Users (by virtue of interruption, suspension or termination) for any reason, including due to computer or communications link downtime attributable to malfunction, upgrades or preventative or remedial maintenance activities;
- if there is any deficiency or inaccuracy in the site attributable to a lack of maintenance of the site;
- in relation to a notice or advertisement not appearing according to instructions; or
- in relation to the supply of services on or in relation to this site.
- For the purposes of these terms and conditions:
Users mean users of the web site and, where appropriate, advertisers on the web site.

Seller Online Ads |
- Your online only private sellers’ ad can stay live on MyDAG until for 30 days from the date it is posted, but you can renew the ad so it appears on the site indefinitely or until your car is sold. MyDAG will send you an email reminder to your nominated email address after a period of 30 days, asking you to either renew or remove your advertisement.
- It is solely your responsibility as the seller to renew your advertisement. MyDAG accepts no responsibility to renew or display an un-renewed advertisement after this 30-day period.
- MyDAG will keep your advertisement on file for 20 days after the initial 30-day period. During this 20 days period the seller may reactivate the advertisement at no charge. After the expiry of the 20 days period MyDAG retains the right to remove the advertisement from the MyDAG database.
- A private seller may only advertise 1 vehicle at any one time by using a single email address. MyDAG reserves the right to remove the ads of users who exceed this limit at its discretion.
- You acknowledge that Communications Services may be public and not private communications. Further, you acknowledge that Communication Services should not be considered reviewed, screened, or approved by MyDAG.
Use of the Communications Services is provided on condition that You do not do any of the following:
- transmit any information or material which is knowingly incorrect, misleading or deceptive;
- transmit any defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful information or material or information;
- use the Communications Services for any unlawful purpose;
- post or upload files that contain software or other material or information in breach of any person's intellectual property or privacy rights.
- upload files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer;
- delete any author attributions, legal notices or proprietary designations or labels in any file that is uploaded.
- advertise or offer to sell any goods or services, or conduct or forward surveys, contests or chain letters other than as approved by MyDAG.
- download any file posted by another user of the Communications Services that you know, or reasonably should know, is unlawful or contrary to these terms and conditions.
MyDAG may, but has no obligation to do so, review the use of the Communications Services by you and delete, edit, refuse to post or remove in whole or part any information or material uploaded or posted using the Communications Services.
